STUDIO INFO

Location - We are located on Level 2 of Garron Skylights. Please use left side entry door and walk up the stairs on your left.


Amenities - We’ve got you covered with a bathroom and shower on-site — perfect for freshening up after class, especially before work or heading out for the day!


Booking - We highly suggest booking ahead to avoid disappointment

How do I book?

You can book directly through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button. Log in or create a Vagaro account (if you are new here). Or you can download the Vagaro app. search HotMess Pilates and book from our online schedule.


Arrival times - Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes before your class as the doors will be locked when the class begins. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to attend.


Waitlists - If the class if full, join the waitlist. When a mat becomes available the first person in line will be given the spot and have 1 hour to respond. If they don't accept it will be given to the next person in line. 




BEFORE YOUR CLASS

What do I need? All you need for the class is a water bottle & sweat towel.


What should I wear? Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing keeping in mind it is a heated space.


Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your class so you can get settled in.

MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES T&C'S

At HotMess Pilates, we like to keep things simple — here’s everything you need to know before signing up!

Minimum Commitment 

All memberships have a minimum commitment of 8 weeks. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime with notice (see below).

How to cancel 

If you’d like to cancel after your first 8 weeks, no problem — we just ask for 1 week’s notice before your next payment.

To cancel, simply email us at hmpilates@outlook.com.au.

We don’t accept cancellations via DMs or in-person chats (emails help us keep track of everything properly).

Payment

  1. You’ll be charged your first payment upfront when you sign up.
  2. From there, payments come out weekly on the same day each week.
  3. It’s your responsibility to make sure your payment details stay up-to-date. Failed payments may result in bookings being paused until sorted.

Class packs / Intro pack

  1. Class packs are a one-off payment upfront.
  2. You’ll have 3 months to use all your classes from the day you buy them.
  3. Any unused classes after 3 months will automatically expire.

Refunds and transfers

All memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or missed classes, so make sure you’re happy with your choice before purchasing.

Pausing memberships

Heading away or need to take a break? We totally get it — you can pause your membership for holidays or medical reasons, just email us at hmpilates@outlook.com.au with at least 7 days’ notice.

Minimum pause period applies, and we’ll confirm details with you when you reach out.

Booking classes 

  1. Classes are booked through our website or the Vagaro app.
  2. Class cancellations need to follow our studio cancellation policy.
  3. Sometimes we may need to change class times or instructors — we’ll always give you notice where possible.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your scheduled class are eligible to reschedule or receive a credit.

– If you booked using a membership or class pack, your class credit will remain on your account to use at a later date.

– If you paid casually, you can reschedule or you will be issued a class credit of the value you paid.

We always encourage rescheduling where possible to make the most of your sessions!


Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled service will mean you forfeit your deposit or class credit. To keep these, please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours ahead. We value your understanding that plans can change and encourage you to communicate promptly. Unfortunately, refunds or credits can't be issued for late cancellations or no shows.
